The Assignment
UWC Mostar is seeking an individual consultant or a consultant team to deliver the Impact Study of UWC Mostar. For part of the consultations with community members,
the consultant(s) will need to be on-site in Mostar.
The consultant(s) will report to the UWC Mostar Impact Study Steering Committee (SC, composed of UWC Mostar staff and board members) at all stages of the implementation of the study. The consultant will have reasonable support from the SC Coordinator in facilitating participation and consultations with members of the College community and the broader community in the study, in accessing the necessary background information, and in addressing any realistic related needs during the implementation of the study.
The impact study needs to answer these key questions before the governing board:
• What does UWC Mostar need to continue doing in its educational and
experiential practice to meet the expectations of its mission, engaging staff members, students and community partners to become peace builders for sustainable peace in a post-conflict context?
• What should be UWC Mostar’s priorities to improve in its educational and experiential practice, in pursuit of its mission?
• Considering the identified priorities and objectives, how can they fit into the only possible financial framework?
