Call for facilitators and volunteers for the “Bridging Cultures Short Course 2025”As a part of our ongoing commitment to fostering positive change and building a more inclusive world, we are excited to announce an opportunity for you to contribute to our upcoming Bridging Cultures UWC Short Course in June 2025. Bridging Cultures short course aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to bridge cultural divides and promote effective communication in diverse settings. The program will focus on key principles of multicultural understanding and nonviolent communication, providing practical tools that can be applied in various personal and professional contexts.We believe in our community's power to make a difference and seek experienced facilitators for this transformative short course. Last Wednesday's webinar, "Module Chemistry," brought together 25 teachers participating in the program, along with 17 additional educators from high schools across BiH. The facilitators shared valuable insights on leveraging new platforms, integrating AI into teaching, conducting engaging experiments, and much more! The Chemistry module of the "Teachers for Future" program concluded with an evaluation workshop. This session allowed participants to reflect on their experiences during the module and discuss plans for applying these innovative methods in their classrooms. Participants shared their thoughts: - "From the organization, lecturers, and flow of workshops to exploring the city of Mostar and enjoying its culinary delights—everything was exceptional. This was one of the best workshops I've attended, and I look forward to more collaborations like this in the future."- "Thank you for the opportunity to learn new techniques, exchange experiences, meet new colleagues, reconnect with old ones, and enjoy such a pleasant and productive gathering. I hope more trainings, workshops, and collaborations like this follow." It was a privilege to meet such passionate and dedicated educators. We hope this marks the beginning of many future joint initiatives!
