UWC Global Selection Programme (GSP)
The UWC Global Selection Programme (GSP) is an application route for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (IBCP) for a limited number of places with no financial assistance. Currently, you can apply to UWC Mostar via this route.

Global Selection Programme applications are open on a rolling basis and will close once all places have been filled. Decisions are released within two weeks after attending an Online Selection Day. To be considered for a place on our Online Selection Day, you will need to submit your application at least three weeks before the selection day you would like to attend. The last available selection day is on 30 April.
Please note that applicants who choose the GSP route will not receive any financial assistance if the application is successful. If you need the scholarship to attend UWC, please have a look at the UWC national committee entry route.
Application Process
Each UWC school has its distinct character and identity, influenced by its host country, the specific setting, cultural context, and its community. What makes each one of them a UWC is a deliberately diverse student body, with students coming from all over the world, bringing with them very different backgrounds to learn and live together - and their joint mission to make education a force for peace and sustainability.
We offer a unique and challenging learning experience. To determine whether our school is the right option for you, the GSP application process seeks to learn as much as possible about you and allows you to learn more about us along the way. All applicants are assessed according to the UWC Selection Criteria.
The GSP selection process consists of the following stages:
Stage 1: GSP Application Form
The first stage of your application requires you to complete a common GSP Application Form hosted on the online UWC Applications portal. You can submit only one UWC application per year, either through one national committee or through the GSP. Your application journey begins when you set up a username and password that you will use to access your application as you move through the process. Stage 2: GSP Online Selection Day
If your GSP Application Form is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an Online Selection Day consisting of two group activities, an interview, and an emotional well-being questionnaire.
Stage 3: Nomination Stage
If you advance after stage 2, you will receive an email from the GSP Team asking you to complete the UWC General Medical Form. Once this is received, you will be nominated to one of the schools or colleges on your list. You may be invited to have a follow-up interview with the Admissions Director or other faculty members of the UWC school or college you have been nominated to.
After the final stage, the Admissions Directors of each school will make final decisions and make an offer to accepted candidates. You will be notified of the decision within three weeks after attending a GSP Online Selection Day.
